Diversity is one of the attributes that can be added to any organization or group to improve its ability to deal with complexity.

Diversity in organizations is a product of people coming from different cultures, with different personalities, skill sets, generations, ages, education, and experience. This mixture brings a holistic view of any challenge and opportunity a company will face.

Diversity is one of the creators of complexity. As the population of a company is more diverse the odds of unexpected behavior due to many and different perspectives. Being aware of that fact makes diversity an important positive attribute for any company.

Diversity is also needed to deal with complexity and to achieve better results. Diversity brings a holistic view that enables companies to better deal with complexity and other challenges. As the company is more diverse it can handle better the modern business reality.
