Using Causal diagrams, Stock and Flows diagrams, and simulation to resolve purchasing contracts challenge

An example of how to resolve a common contract processing problem by using causal diagrams and stocks and flows diagrams and simulations to see the problem in a different way and detect the root cause. 

We will demonstrate how to create a simple causal diagram, how to read it and how to use archetypes to find known issues in the system we captured. Based on the causal diagram we will build stock and flow diagram, add data and logic, and run the model as simulation.

Using the simulation that shows the problem we will show a proposed solution and a way to test the solution with different parameters to find out what is the right fit for the organization that we modeled.
