Changing the current management system is securing a company’s future

It really doesn’t matter to which management system you will move your company from the current one, just move it! Rank and authority are the two main pillars of the current management system. There is nothing wrong with hierarchies if they are missing the authority and rank. Those two pillars cause fear in the working place and fear paralyzed any creativity or new initiative. That is the main reason most of the companies disappeared from the business landscape. The right idea was within the company. The management system made it obsolete.
