Do you want creativity? send people to be part of events focus on creativity

Executive and organizations are talking about creativity and the need for creativity to survive in a competitive business world, but little is being done in corporate America to increase creativity. One way to increase creativity is to send people to festivals and events that focus on creativity and require participants to be creative. My recommendation is to set groups from organizations to those events and to let them focuses on creativity for a week. If you are part of too conservative organization, create your own event!
