The DARE organization

The DARE organization is:

Disruptive: be able to disrupt itself, competitors and the environment all the time. Always looking at how to bring new business models that will disrupt the organization and others.

Adaptive: refers to behavior that enables a person to get along in his or her environment with greatest success and least conflict with others. Adaptive behavior relates to everyday skills or tasks that the average person can complete (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/adaptive). DARE organizations are organized to be adaptive to any opportunity or challenge introduced externally or internally.

Responsive: Wired, structured and ready to respond to any external disruption. RESPONSE, not react!

Emergent: In philosophy, systems theory, science, and art, emergence is the condition of an entity having properties its parts do not have, because of interactions among the parts (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emergence). DARE organizations take emergent as an underlying assumption of how organizations are working. They understand that organizations are complex systems and using the right methods and tools to build, maintain, and improve complex systems.
